The entire system is divided into two parts: the rotor and the stator. The aviation engine signal collector and PCM transmitter are installed on the rotor and rotate at high speed with the transmitter. The PCM receiving antenna is installed on the stator and remains stationary.
      The signal collector sends data to the telemetry PCM transmitter, which then sends the signal to the PCM receiving antenna.

The PCM receiving antenna transmits the signal to the far end for signal demodulation and ultimately obtains data information.

Main Features of the System

1.High-temperature resistance: able to achieve normal wireless data transmission under high temperature +125 degrees conditions;

2.High communication bandwidth: supports a communication rate of not less than 20Mbps, meeting the communication needs of large data volumes;

3.Adapts to high-speed rotation: can achieve normal wireless transmission under the condition of 25000 revolutions/minute;

4.Uses on-board PCB antenna: ensures the S21 characteristic of the antenna while adapting to high temperature and high-speed conditions;

5.Small size: the transmitter board card diameter is less than 60mm;

6.Low power consumption: the entire input level uses wireless induction power supply, which requires very high power consumption, and the power consumption of the entire telemetry transmitter is less than 4W.
